At AI Skin World, we are committed to providing a premium skincare experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene, safety, and personal care standards, skincare products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • the product was damaged during delivery

  • the wrong product was received

  • the product arrived leaking or defective

To be eligible for a return request:

  • the item must remain unused and in original packaging

  • the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • proof of the issue must be provided


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened skincare products

  • used products

  • products damaged due to misuse

  • products purchased during special sale/clearance events

  • gift cards or promotional items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • leaking packaging

  • an incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist you with a suitable resolution.


Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • the refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.


Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • damaged products

  • defective products

  • incorrect items received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Every individual’s skin is unique, and results may vary depending on skin type and sensitivity.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.

AI Skin World is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by individual ingredient compatibility.
